The company quality policy focuses on reaching customer satisfaction and trust, gaining customer loyalty and acting fully in accordance with the mandatory rules and laws in force.
The company management shall therefore be committed to attaining and maintaining specific targets which, all together, enable to achieve the global quality strategy. This behavior is deemed necessary for the effective attainment of the quality policy.
In this regard, the company quality policy shall be considered to be a fundamental means which leads L.R.E. Impianti S.r.l to improve its business performance.
In order to make all this possible, the quality policy is specifically targeted at those aspects necessary to ensure it is successful i.e.:
- all the business processes; it is important to determine their types and the levels of future improvement by identifying both its risks and opportunities and the indicators which are relevant to their management.
- customer satisfaction; the company shall choose the expected level and the actions to be taken for reaching customer satisfaction.
- its employees; they are a team with the aim of reaching the business success. For this reason, it is essential that they can benefit from the right atmosphere and the best incentives for their development, safety and satisfaction.
- the business expectations compared with the desired returns level reached towards the earmarked resources.
- its suppliers and business partners; deep collaboration among the company, its suppliers and business partners is fundamental to common growth.
- the management of the resources (i.e. financial, infrastructure, human and environmental resources); the company shall operate in order to ensure that the resources are supporting growth and success both effectively and continuously.
In this regard, the management has decided to comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard; as a consequence, the continuous improvement resulting from its application has become the management system for reaching the corporate goals.
The General Management is mainly responsible for reaching this target, preparing the management system for quality and checking it is adequate. For this reason, the General Management will periodically reports on the state of the management system for quality and on the effectiveness in achieving its goals; it will also decide on new targets for the next period.
